FAQ for Broadcast

Select any of the groups you created or create a new group. Then type in the required message and hit the broadcast button.

Select Create/Edit groups under Broadcast option, specify a name for the group, check to receive text messages(sms), calls or both and submit

Select the plus button to the right of the create/edit group, add names and phone numbers. Click Broadcast to move on. Upload the excel file corresponding to the row of your group listed under ‘Edit groups’. For the format you can download an excel template.

You can verify your broadcast recipients by selecting Preview.

You can modify your recipient list by changing in the excel file and uploading the changed file.

You have to create another group and select the service(s) required for the group.

Click on Add New option from the select Incident dropdown menu. Provide a suitable name and the other details. Hit on Escalate button.

You can change your escalation duration by entering the required time(Minutes) in the corresponding boxes

You can stop a resolved incident from further escalations by going to your dashboard and clicking on the ‘Resolved’ button corresponding to the resolved incident.
